 On February 1, 2006,
the Maryland Lottery discontinued traditional Lotto and replaced it
with an exciting new in-state Lotto-style game called MULTI-MATCH. For
each $2 game you select, you will be able to pick the first line of six
(6) numbers or choose Quick Pick. You will automatically receive two (2)
additional lines of six (6) randomly selected numbers, for a total of
three (3) lines of 18 numbers! There are four (4) DIFFERENT WAYS TO WIN
– one chance to win per line AND another chance to win by combining all
three lines. And when you play MULTI-MATCH, your chances of winning a
cash prize are one (1) in 8.5. Jackpots start at $500,000 and go up from
there every time it isn’t won.

Q: Can I purchase a Multi Match
subscription? |
A: Yes. Subscriptions will begin on February
18, 2006. To participate in the first subscription drawing, the Lottery
must receive your application no later than December 30, 2005.
Subscription applications are currently available below to download. They will also be available at Lottery Retailers
in 2006.

Q: What are the various
subscription plans? |
A: There are a variety of subscription plans
available in increments of 26, 52 and 104 drawings. The one-drawing cost
per game is $2 for 3 lines of play; however, MULTI-MATCH subscription
costs depend on the number of games you want to play and the number of
drawings you select. To receive a MULTI-MATCH subscription, simply
download the application, complete it and mail it to Lottery
Headquarters. The first subscription drawing for a MULTI-MATCH jackpot
is on February 18, 2006.
