Dream Leads to $250,000 Win for General Motors Employee
Wins Luck of the Draw Scratch-Off Top Prize

(Baltimore) – Last week, a Baltimore man had a dream about his parents.  His mother told him that luck would come his way and his father kept repeating the word “luck.”  When he woke up, the 63-year-old had no idea that his dream would make him $250,000 richer.

On Saturday, he went to Giant and saw the Luck of the Draw scratch-off ticket.  He was very excited when he saw a ticket with the word “luck” in the name.  He purchased it and scratched his way to the top prize.  “Luck was definitely on my side,” he told Lottery officials today.

The welder, who has worked at General Motors for 30 years, is a longtime Lottery player.  Although the winner wants to remain anonymous, he looks forward to creating a little buzz around General Motors, as his co-workers try to figure out who the big winner is.

The lucky gentleman plans to invest his money, save for retirement, buy a car and continue to play the Lottery.  The winning ticket was purchased at Giant #337, located at 6780 Reisterstown Rd. in Baltimore.
