Racetrax Player Finishes Big With $31,233 Win

           
(Baltimore) – “Racetrax is my favorite game,” said the Silver Spring resident. The clearly elated winner arrived at Lottery headquarters, accompanied by his friend, to claim his prize.  The happily married man said that he had enjoyed a perfect morning that was capped off by his $31,233 win playing Racetrax.

The loyal Lottery player, originally from Ethiopia, decided to play his routine game of Racetrax at a local store.  After a few losing games, his luck turned and he finished big on his final race.   He had the store’s agent look at his ticket to be sure he had won.  The teller confirmed the good news and  told him to take his ticket to Lottery headquarters.

The 33-year-old man works as a baggage handler at Dulles Airport in Washington, D.C.  He plans to take a vacation back to Ethiopia with part of his winnings.

The winning ticket was purchased at Freddies located at 7821 Eastern Avenue in Silver Spring.
