An Anne Arundel County woman came to Lottery headquarters yesterday to claim the final top prize on the $20 scratch-off game.  The lucky $25 Million Frenzy ticket was purchased at Liquor Doctor, located on East Monument Street in Baltimore.

$25 Million Frenzy is a $20 scratch-off game.  When the ticket first launched, there were over $25 million in prizes available.
