Winner Gets
the Luck of the Draw
Baltimore woman wins $250K playing scratch-off
(Baltimore) – A 34-year-old Baltimore woman drew on a lot of good
luck when her Luck of the Draw scratch-off revealed that she
was a $250,000 winner. She and her boyfriend, who accompanied her to
Lottery headquarters, are avid Lottery players. The couple, who have
a four-year-old son, said they travel to different Lottery retailers
to purchase their tickets. Earlier today, they decided to visit
Westside
Shopping
Center
and the trip paid off in the form of the $250,000 winning
scratch-off ticket.
“Now I can buy my woman a nice diamond ring,” said the boyfriend.
They also plan to buy a house, a new car and share their winnings
with an uncle who has helped them out in the past. The winner will
continue to work for Home Depot and her self-employed boyfriend
intends to add improvements to his towing business.
The winning ticket was purchased at Food Stop Mini Store on 2415
Frederick Avenue in Catonsville.
