MARYLAND LOTTERY COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

     The Maryland State Lottery Agency (“Lottery”) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, or disability in the admission or access to its programs, services, and activities.  Article 49B of the Annotated Code of Maryland and the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) prohibit discrimination against individuals with disabilities in employment, access to public accommodations in commercial facilities, as well as access to state and local government services, programs, and activities.  These laws mandate, among other things, that retail business establishments be accessible to individuals with disabilities.
