How do I play Keno?
how do I play graphic Keno is played using a field of numbers from 1 through 80. You can select - or choose Quick Pick - up to 10 numbers in that field. The Lottery's computer randomly chooses 20 winning numbers between 1 and 80 for each game of Keno and displays those winning numbers on the Keno Information Monitor. You win based upon how many winning numbers you match.

The Lottery's computer, protected 24 hours a day by security cameras, generates random sets of 20 numbers. The central computer "locks in" on a set of those numbers, which then appears on the Keno TV monitor.

Keno Bonus
NOW WIN UP TO $1,000,000 PLAYING KENO!

Play the Maryland Lottery's Keno Bonus every time you play Keno.  You could increase your Keno winnings by up to 10 times the original amount.  You could even win up to $1,000,000!

Simply mark the "YES" box on your Keno playslip where it says Keno Bonus.  Then sit back and watch the action to see if your winnings multiply.  Determining your Keno Bonus wager is easy.  It's simply the very same amount that you wagered on Keno.  If you wager $2 on Keno, for instance, then your Keno Bonus wager is an additional $2.

Keno Bonus draws first, with a wheel that spins and stops to reveal which multiplier, if any, applies to the next Keno game.  Possible multipliers are 3, 4, 5, and 10.

The Keno game draws.  If your ticket is a winner for that Keno game, multiply the amount you won by the Keno Bonus multiplier.  The answer is how much money you'll actually collect.   For example, if you win $10 at Keno, and the multiplier for that game is 3, then you collect $30.  If the multiplier is 4, you collect $40, and so on.  Thanks to Keno / Keno Bonus, you can now win up to $1,000,000 playing Keno!

Play the new Keno Bonus and watch the Bonus Wheel multiply your winnings by up to 10 times the original amount!

Maximum Prize Cap Notice
Effective June 2, 2003, there is a one million dollar liability cap when playing the Keno10 spot, when a Keno Bonus multiplier of 10 is won. This means that there is only one million dollar prize per drawing that can be won when playing the Keno10 spot with a Keno Bonus multiplier of 10. If two or more players win playing the Keno10 spot with a Keno Bonus multiplier of 10, then the one million dollar top prize is split proportionately among the winners.
